We are happy to announce that Budapest has again been included as a stop on The World of Hans Zimmer – A New Dimension European tour.
Captivating, overwhelming and fantastically cinematic, The World of Hans Zimmer is a top-class show highlight and a real treat for fans. From October 2026, the internationally acclaimed A New Dimension will once again tour Europe’s largest arenas. Audiences can look forward to an emotional journey through the legendary composer’s most famous scores, presented in a breathtaking setting. Zimmer’s unique new orchestral suites will be combined with visually stunning projections, powerful sound arrangements and moving solo performances to create an unforgettable experience for all the senses.
With The World of Hans Zimmer concert series, multiple Academy Award® and Grammy® Award winner Hans Zimmer has created a live experience that takes fans worldwide through his world of film music in a fascinating and unique way. As musical director and curator, the master himself is largely responsible for The World of Hans Zimmer show, even when he is not onstage himself.
Multiple Grammy® nominee Matt Dunkley conjures – with top soloists from Hans Zimmer’s talent pool, the world-class Odessa Orchestra & Friends and the extraordinary Nairobi Chamber Chorus – the magic of Hans Zimmer’s works live on stage for this upcoming arena tour. Dunkley is a world-leading orchestrator, arranger and conductor with an impressive musical career closely linked to the world of cinema. His long-standing professional partnership with Hans Zimmer is reflected in their collaboration on blockbuster films such as the third and fourth ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ movies, ‘Inception,’ ‘The Dark Knight,’ ‘The Dark Knight Rises,’ James Bond ‘No Time To Die,’ ‘Kung Fu Panda 3’ and ‘Top Gun: Maverick.’
Since the predecessor concert tour, The World of Hans Zimmer – A Symphonic Celebration, was first performed live in Germany in 2018, it has evolved into the internationally acclaimed concert series The World of Hans Zimmer, which has attracted 1.2 million viewers to date.
The brand-new album ‘The World of Hans Zimmer – Part II: ‘A New Dimension’ was released at the end of January 2025 via Sony Music Classical.

About Hans Zimmer
Hans Zimmer has scored more than 500 projects across all mediums, which combined, have grossed more than 28 billion dollars at the worldwide box office. Zimmer has been honored with two Academy Awards®, three Golden Globes®, five Grammys®, an American Music Award, and a Tony® Award. His work highlights include Dune: Part One, Top Gun: Maverick, No Time to Die, Gladiator, The Thin Red Line, As Good as It Gets, Rain Man, The Dark Knight trilogy, Inception, Thelma and Louise, The Last Samurai, 12 Years A Slave, Blade Runner 2049 (co-scored w/ Benjamin Wallfisch) and Dunkirk, as well as David Attenborough’s Prehistoric Planet, and Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part Two, the follow-up to his Academy Award®-winning score for Dune: Part One. He has also performed in the Middle East at Dubai’s renowned Coca-Cola Arena for two consecutive nights as well as Formula 1’s Singapore Grand Prix. Upcoming, his concert film ‘Hans Zimmer & Friends: Diamond in the Desert’ will be released in cinemas worldwide on March 19 and features live performances of Zimmer's most revered compositions, as well as conversations with his closest collaborators, including Billie Eilish, Sir Christopher Nolan, Denis Villeneuve, Finneas, Jerry Bruckheimer, Johnny Marr, Pharrell Williams, Tanya Lapointe, Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya. Due to the great success and the never-ending demand, an extended, brand-new live tour through Europe will follow from fall 2025 / spring 2026.
