We would like to inform you that the JUSTIN BIEBER JUSTICE WORLD TOUR concert originally scheduled for 11 March 2023, will not be postponed, the concert is CANCELLED.
Please send the following details to info@eventim.hu no later than 18 August 2023 to cancel and refund your tickets.
Please adhere to the above deadline, because after that we will no longer be able to accept further refund requests.
IMPORTANT: refunds will only be made to a bank account within 60 working days from the original concert date. Only the ticket purchaser can request the refund. Please note that only the ticket price will be refunded.
Information required for refund:
1. Customer name
2. Order ID
3. E-mail address provided during the order
4. Account holder (if different)
5. Bank account number in the following format:
Account number, Bank Name, BIC/SWIFT
