This year's HAVASI Symphonic Arena Show will take place on Saturday, 18 December 2021, at 14:00 and 19:30, as announced. The programme remains unchanged.
The conditions of entry are subject to the health and safety regulations of the Government of Hungary in force at the time of the events. Please consult them at koronavirus.gov.hu.
According to the statement received from the Prime Minister's Office, persons over 18 years of age are only allowed to enter the concerts in the Budapest Arena with immunity card, but the use of a mask is not mandatory. However, for the safety of all of us, we respectfully ask everyone to wear a medical mask covering the nose and mouth in the Budapest Arena!
Minors may attend the event without an immunity card if accompanied by a parent or adult with an immunity card.
Tickets purchased for performances cancelled last year due to the epidemic are automatically valid for this year's concerts, in the seats previously selected. This means that there is nothing more for the ticket purchaser to do.
The conditions for refunding previously purchased concert tickets are governed by the general terms and conditions of TEX Hungary Kft., the exclusive ticketing partner of the concerts, the regulations of the Government of Hungary and the relevant EU directives. If you are unable to use the service due to a change in legislation, or if you do not comply with the legal conditions, but the event is not cancelled, no refund will be given. Such circumstances include the absence of an immunity card.
Ticket purchasers who do not have an immunity card and cannot enter the concert venue this year can apply for a ticket voucher to be redeemed at a later HAVASI Symphonic Arena concert.
Ticket vouchers can be requested until 15 December 2021 by sending an e-mail to info@tex.hu.
The email must include the name of the ticket purchaser, the number sequence of the tickets under the barcode, the sector, row and seat indicated on the ticket, and in the case of online purchases, the purchase or order ID and the email address to which the ticket purchase was confirmed.
During the process, the ticket voucher applicant must provide a written declaration that he/she does not have an immunity card.
The tickets indicated in the email during the application process will automatically become invalid for the 18 December 2021 concerts and will not be valid for entry to the Budapest Arena this year.
TEX Hungary Kft. will send the vouchers by e-mail within 30 days to the e-mail address provided.
The ticket voucher can be redeemed for the HAVASI Symphonic Arena concerts in Budapest in 2022 and 2023 for the same number and category of tickets as the previously purchased tickets.
For faster entry at the venue, please have your immunity card, ID card or passport and ticket ready! You can also prove your immunity by presenting the data on your vaccination against the coronavirus indicated in the EESZT application together with your official identity card.
We recommend that you leave earlier than usual and be aware that there will be congestion and more difficult parking than usual in the area around the Budapest Sport Arena before the concert. The gates will open 90 minutes before the concert starts.
