1. Event Organiser
a. The following Terms and Conditions apply to ticket sales for MTV World Stage Budapest to be held on 13 November 2021 at Heroes Square, 1146 Hungary, Budapest (“Event”).
b. Ticket sales to the Event are managed by TEX Hungary Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (seat: 1065 Budapest, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 31. floor 1. 1.; company registration No.: Cg. 01-09-877903; (“Eventim”) on behalf of Viacom International Media Networks U.K. Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 10344647 located at 17-29 Hawley Crescent, London, United Kingdom, NW1 8TT (“MTV”).Once you access Eventim platform to purchase the tickets, they will be issued to you (the ticketholder) on behalf of MTV.
c. All ticket purchases are subject to the standard terms and conditions of Eventim, the venue’s terms and conditions, as well as MTV’s own terms and conditions of entry to the Event set out below. In the event of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
2. Eligibility and scope
a. Ticket sales will be open from 12:00 (CEST) on 2 November 2021 until the Event sells out (whichever happens first). MTV may release further tickets, subject to availability and at MTV’s discretion, until 12 November 2021.
b. Each ticket is priced at an all-inclusive fee of ten Euros (€10)/ 3590 HUF.
c. Employees and contractors (and their respective families) of MTV or Eventim are not eligible to buy tickets.
d. You (the ticketholder) are permitted to acquire up to a maximum of four (4) tickets exclusively through the Eventim platform: one (1) for yourself and three (3) guests.
e. To obtain any tickets through Eventim platform, you will need to accept these Terms and Conditions and Eventim’s Privacy Policy.
f. Tickets will be in the form of e-tickets for you to print at home or displayed on your mobile phone. Teach ticketholder’s ID may be checked on entry (the ticketholder’s valid passport, driving licence or national ID card will be acceptable for these purposes). Only tickets issued by MTV’s official ticketing partner Eventim are valid. Tickets obtained in any other way are invalid. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and must not be exchanged or given or sold to a third party.
3. Entry to the Event
a. If you require a wheelchair accessible space due to disability, please note that such arrangements are subject to (i) the venue’s limitations and/or restrictions and (ii) the guest providing evidence of their disabled ID Card or an analogous official document must be shown.
b. Doors open at 16:30 (CET). All attendees should arrive at the venue promptly. Anyone arriving after 20:00 (CET) may be refused admission.
c. All attendees will be required to show a Hungarian Immunity Card or an EU Digital COVID Certificate of vaccination or recovery as a condition of entry to the venue.
d. All attendees will be required to comply with COVID safety rules which may include a requirement to wear masks. e. You must not bring reusable drink containers, glass of any kind (including perfume bottles), iPads (or similar electronic devices of a similar size and nature), selfie sticks, flags or flag poles, small or large umbrellas, laser pens, alcohol, drugs, hallucinogens, stimulants or similar substances, weapons or any other dangerous objects, cameras and any audio/video recording equipment, drones, flares or fireworks into the venue. You must not bring food into the venue unless authorised by MTV’s security for personal or medical reasons. Water or soft drinks may be brought into the venue in disposable plastic bottles of 500ml or less but the Organisor reserves the right to remove the bottle tops from such bottles at point of entry if required. You may be refused entry if you are carrying any of these items and upon entering the venue you may be searched.
f. No-one under the age of 14 years is permitted in the venue. Any ticket holders aged under 16 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required: if proof of age ID is requested by MTV or venue management, only currently valid photo ID in the form of a passport, driving licence or national ID card will be accepted.
g. MTV and venue management can refuse entry to, or remove any person from, the venue who is behaving in an inappropriate manner or appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. The right of admission is reserved.
h. If you cannot display a valid ticket, and/or valid ID, and/or Hungarian Immunity Card or proof of full vaccination if requested, you will not be admitted.
i. There will be no re-admittance if you choose to leave.
j. The Event will be filmed, photographed or sound-recorded by or on behalf of MTV. You consent to the filming, sound-recording and/or photography of yourself as a member of the audience and the subsequent commercial broadcast, publication or other distribution in all media worldwide forever without payment to you.
k. You agree to cooperate fully with MTV’s representatives and follow all instructions and rules relating to the Event (including, if MTV deems it necessary, to move you to a different part of the venue’s audience).
l. To ensure our audience’s safety, MTV and/or the venue management may conduct security searches both before you enter the venue and at any time during the Event, which may include screening through metal detector arches and/or searching in your bag and/or outer garments and/or anything else you may be carrying with you. The venue does not provide a cloakroom facility. Bags larger than A4 size (210 × 297 millimetres), backpacks, suitcases or any other similar large and bulky items are strictly prohibited and anyone carrying such items will be refused admission.
m. Event activities may not be confined to the main stage area and may occur anywhere within the venue.
n. Some areas of the audience may have a restricted view.
o. The use of cameras, video cameras or any other sort of professional audio, visual or audio-visual recording equipment is strictly forbidden during the Event.
p. Neither MTV nor its sponsors or the venue shall be liable for any property lost, stolen or damaged in or around the venue.
q. Flags, emblems, clothing or other paraphernalia of a political or racist nature, or anything promoting hate speech of any kind, will not be permitted on site.
r. No sports jerseys, for example rugby or football shirts.
s. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither MTV nor the venue accepts any liability for any other loss (whether direct or indirect) incurred by the ticketholder or their guests in connection with the Event.
t. Strobe lighting, pyrotechnics, lasers and smoke effects may be used as part of the Event.
u. The law prohibits and punishes the production, distribution and sale of forged tickets and unofficial merchandise.
4. Customer Assistance
a. Any change in relation to the Event will be communicated through MTV’s social media channels, MTV’s ticketing partner Eventim and to ticketholders’ email addresses as stored by Eventim for the purposes of this Event.
b. In case of Event cancellation for any reason beyond MTV's control, MTV shall be exempt from any type of liability, in which case the price of the tickets shall be reimbursed to the ticketholders.
