Dear Customers!


We would like to inform you that our ticket sales partner, Oeticket.com has provided the following information for the events listed below.



It is possible to indicate between June 29, 2020 and July 24, 2020 that you want to reclaim the price of your ticket. If you do not wish to take the opportunity, you will be able to request a voucher through oeticket.com after the deadline.


You do not need to give us feedback in case of voucher request, you will be able to do it through oeticket.com. You can find out more about this solution at the following links:

If the event is postponed but there is a new date already, your previously purchased tickets are still valid for the event with new date. For new dates please inform on https://www.oeticket.com/en/ website.


In case of a refund request, we will need you to provide the following information via email to info@tex.hu email address:


1. Name of the event


2. Purchase ID


3. Customer name (in all cases only the customer can request a refund, we cannot do this for another person)


4. Number line under the barcode (if available, you will find the ticket)


5. Bank account number by entering the IBAN number and SWIFT code, if the bank card used for the purchase has already expired. Or the bank account number is required if you received your tickets by bank transfer and / or cash on delivery.


 


Please keep in mind the above deadline, because after that only the voucher option is available to everyone, after that we will not be able to accept any further refund requests.




If you have already exchanged / swapped your tickets on the official NOVA ROCK website, we will not be able to fulfill your refund request. With the exchange, you agreed to attend the event at the new time.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that we can only refund the ticket price.Our site is always subject to the General Terms and Conditions, which are accepted by all customers.
