Christmas orders and opening hours

Dear Customers,

Courier delivery service is available for the orders taken before 19th of December. In these cases we can deliver your tickets till the 22nd of December. Orders taken after 19th of December will arrive just in the first week of January (starting the 2nd of Jan).

Personal pickup in ticket offices is possible in opening hours detailed below.

Print@home option is available during Christmas (in certain events), but please note, that in case any problem or question occures, our Call-Center is not available during Christmas. Call-Center will be available between 27-29th of Dec, between 9am-17pm.

Opening hours of Eventim ticket offices:

Eventim Bálna:
24-25-26th of December- closed
27-28-29th of December- opened between 10.00-18.00 (Lunch time: between12.30-13.00)
30th of December- opened between 10.00-15.00 (Lunch time: between12.30-13.00)
31st of December -01st of January- closed

Eventim BOK (former Syma):
24-25-26th of December- closed
27-28-29th of December- opened between 9.00-17.00 (Lunch time: between 13.00-13.30)
30th-31st of December -01st of January- closed
