Seit 1995 sind Simon Neil, Ben Johnston und James Johnston nun schon gemeinsam unterwegs. Anfangs noch als Geheimtipp gehandelt erreichten sie mit "Puzzle" im Jahr 2007, das auf Platz Zwei der UK-Charts einstieg und Goldstatus erreichte, erfolgreich auch den Mainstream. Weitere Hits folgten: 2009 das Album "Only Revolutions", 2011 "Opposites" und Auftritte als Vorband von Größen wie den Foo Fighters oder Metallica. Biffy Clyro überzeugen Fans und Kritiker zugleich und lassen ihre Erfolge Bände sprechen.
