Budapest Hockey Spring: with the World Champion Canada!

The Hungarian men’s ice hockey team will face again the most successful team in ice hockey, at the MVM Dome, one of the largest multifunctional arenas in Europe. Canada is coming to Budapest with the best squad including NHL stars.

May 7, 2024, 7:00 p.m. | Hungary-Canada

After last year’s magical, sports-historic game, on May 7, 2024, Hungary can welcome Canada's ice hockey team at the MVM Dome again. This will be the last preparation game for the world champions before the Group A World Championship, which means that it is guaranteed that the best players will arrive in Hungary with their finest roaster, including NHL players.

The most watched domestic ice hockey game of all time was the May 2023 match against Canada (nearly 15 000 of us were in the Dome), and this year we can break the record even further.

Various kinds of tickets are available for the game (Early bird, Normal, Hockey Fan – with fan gift package), for details and to select the right type of tickets click on the “Reservations by ticket price” tab.

A 4-person family ticket allows 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children. A 5-person family ticket allows 2 adults and 3 children (Children: 2-14 years old.) Under 2 years old, entry is free.

Hockey Fan ticket:

The ticket is valid for the following game: Hungary vs Canada (07. 05. 2024).

The package includes: category 1 seating, official merchandise products (1 gamepuck, 1 scarf, further merch product), which can be picked up at the designated official fan merchandise vendor on the game day. The Hockey Fan ticket sales start at 6:00 PM on 14 February 2024, while stocks last.
