Andrea Mahó &Dénes Kocsis and Anna Tripolszky Chosen by Disney Disney100: The Concert: 100 Years of Enchanting Adventures "I am incredibly happy to have been chosen. Fairy tales and music have always played a huge role in my life, and now my daughter is a big Disney fan too. It's very exciting to work and create together with the original Disney team. It's not only an honor, but also a tremendous challenge and at the same time an adventure. I can't wait for the performance, it will surely be enchantingly magical," said Andrea Mahó.

Andrea Mahó is an immensely versatile and outstanding artist, who has played numerous leading roles and won acclaim from both the world of theater and the audience. She has excelled in roles in musicals and operettas alike, such as Cosette in "Les Miserables," Maria in "West Side Story," Christine in "Phantom of the Opera," Kim in "Miss Saigon," and Mary in "Mary Poppins." Throughout her career, she has received numerous awards, including "Best Musical Actress," the Emerton Award, the Artisjus Award, and the prestigious "Jászai Mari State Award" as an Outstanding Artist of Theater. Andrea has also released several solo albums, such as "Más lesz a holnap," "Jó reggel napfény," and "Mit tehetnék érted." Her performances are true sources of joy, providing authentic experiences for the audience. This year, the Disney 100 concert will be one of the highlights of the year.

"I can finally share the news that I have been selected for the American production of Disney100. It is a great honor for me, and I am extremely grateful for it, as Disney songs have always been very close to my heart. Disney is a major brand, and the work process is filled with challenges and excitement. The end result is sure to be spectacular," stated Dénes Kocsis.

Dénes Kocsis, a renowned Hungarian singer and actor, has taken on numerous defining roles in the world of musical theater throughout his career. As a recognized performer, he has appeared in productions such as "Romeo and Juliet," "Puskás musical," "West Side Story," "My Fair Lady," and "Elisabeth." At the Operetta Theater, he portrayed iconic lead roles in productions like "Stephen, the King," "Miss Saigon," and "The Hunchback of Notre Dame." His successful career extends beyond the stage, delivering memorable performances in television shows such as "Winning Pair" and "Celebrity Chef," as well as in TV series and feature films like "Pappa Pia." As both an actor and singer, he is incredibly versatile, often lending his voice to adult and animated characters. His exceptional talent is supported by several prestigious awards, including the Honthy Award in the category of male actors, and the Operetta Theater's Season Musical Actor of the Year recognition. Additional accolades include the Operetta Theater's Marshall Baton Award and a successful participation in the Szilveszter Lévai International Musical Singing Competition. As a charismatic performer and acclaimed actor, he continues to captivate audiences and contribute to the success of the Hungarian entertainment industry. The Papp László Budapest Sports Arena welcomes the audience on October 15, 2023, at 7:30 PM for an unforgettable musical journey into the world of Disney. The concert will bring to life well-known Disney fairy tale scenes and film moments, performed by the Hollywood sound Orchestra and guest soloists.

"It will be an adventure of a lifetime, as I can't imagine anything more thrilling than becoming a part of a fairy tale! And it's a tremendous honor and a special joy to guide the audience through exciting stories and the magic-filled world of Disney100 as the host of the evening!" said Anna Tripolszky.

After obtaining her degrees in English Studies and Communication and Media Studies at Károli Gáspár University, Anna Tripolszky continued her studies in Italy. Following the completion of the TV2 Academy hosting program, she was immediately recruited by the TV2 Group. At M2 Petőfi TV channel, she hosted shows covering current and trendy topics. Currently, she produces reports for the M5 Cultural channel and is also actively involved in international projects, as she is fluent in Hungarian, English, and Italian

Andrea Mahó and Dénes Kocsis, these two Hungarian talents have been given the opportunity to perform the world-famous Disney fairy tale and film music in the original production. This marks another significant milestone for the artists, as they become part of one of the biggest musical and magical events of the year. Disney 100 promises special and unforgettable moments for every Disney fan, offering a captivating audiovisual experience that enchants both young and old. The event features a unique selection of music where every family member can find their favorite. Throughout the evening, we will hear and see the best songs from popular fairy tales and films like "Beauty and the Beast," "Mary Poppins," "Encanto," as well as the most outstanding moments from the worlds of Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel.

At the commission of the Disney production, Anna Tripolszky has been selected as the host of the evening. In 1923, Disney first introduced the tale of "Alice in Wonderland." This year is considered the founding year of The Walt Disney Company. The company's aim has always been to entertain, inform, and inspire people worldwide through the power of storytelling. The Disney fairy tale world brings magic to life, evoking dreams and whisking us away to enchanting realms, all created by enchanting melodies and breathtaking visual worlds. This globally acclaimed production now provides an opportunity for all our beloved Disney stories to come alive once more, whether underwater, in the open ocean, in the boundless universe, or within the simple depths of a child's room.
