In the 90-year-long history of European Maccabi Games this is the first time for Hungary to get the opportunity to organize the biggest Jewish community event of Europe, which will also be the largest multisport event in Hungary ever. More than 2500 athletes will compete in 21 sports at 10 different venues in Budapest and Hungary. The most exciting and greatest moment will be the Opening Ceremony where delegations of every country will be marching together in the Stadium.
Children under the age of 3 are free to entry and the child can sit on the parent's lap.
