Dear Ladies & Gentlemen,

on behalf of the promoter we can give you the following information concerning the AC/DC show in Vienna.

Customers who cannot take part in the show have the possibility to return their tickets until May 5th, 2016.

Please send the original tickets until May 5th, 2016 (valid postmark required) to the following address:

We recommend to send the tickets by registered mail as we cannot refund any tickets without receiving the original tickets.
After having received and validated your tickets we will refund your payment. If you have paid by voucher please send us your bank details along with your tickets.
Please note that it may take some time until you receive your refund.
