Artist description
Soundgarden is an American rock band from the late 80s and 90s. They are now back since 2010, releasing their sixth studio album “King Animal” in 2012. Composed of Chris Cornell (guitar and vocals), Kim Thavil (lead guitarist), Matt Cameron (drummer) and Ben Shepherd (bassist), they released five albums before their break-up in 1997. Soundgarden achieved its biggest success thanks to their album “Superunknown” nineteen years ago.
Since 2012, Soundgarden has sold over 22,5 million records worldwide, if which 10,5 million in the United States.
